Reporting Requirements

  • Successful Hunters
    • If successful, report by phone or person to the Kodiak office (486-1880) within 2 days of completion of hunt, and mail in permit report within 5 days
    • Specimens Required: None
  • Unsuccessful Hunters
    Unsuccessful hunters, including hunters who did not hunt, report online at http://www.hunt.alaska.gov or by mail within 15 days of season end
  • Internet Reporting
    You may report online at http://www.hunt.alaska.gov

Additional Requirements and Information

  • Hunters are encouraged to take male goats, taking nannies with kids is prohibited.
  • Hunters are encouraged, but not required, to bring their goat horns into the Kodiak ADF&G office for measurement.
