  • Directions: New Seward Hwy./36th Ave. East on 36th. Ave. 0.8 mile to Lake Otis Parkway. Left on Lake Otis Parkway 0.2 mile to Cornell Dr. Left on Cornell Dr. 0.1 mile to Carlson Park with street parking, paved trail, picnic tables and handicap access. Canoes and inflatables can be launched from the trail. Majority of shoreline is private access. Please respect private property.
