Southeast Alaska Chinook Salmon Fishery Mitigation Program
2012-2014 Program

There is approximately $8.4 million in Southeast Alaska Chinook Salmon Fishery Mitigation Funds available for projects in 2012-2014. Using input from the Chinook Mitigation Stakeholder Panel and the public, a Governor’s Fisheries Subcabinet meeting was held on June 12, 2012 to consider the recommendations and approve program components. The approved framework for the 2012-2014 Chinook Mitigation Program includes three components, to be funded over three years:
