a Guideline Harvest Level (GHL) - A preseason target catch level determined by the Department of Fish and Game for state managed fisheries.
b The Lower Cook Inlet (Kamishak Bay) exploitation rate is for both the fall Shelikof Strait food and bait fishery and following spring Kamishak Bay sac roe herring fishery.
c Commercial harvest only occurred in 2006 of the 2006 through 2011 time-period.
d The North Peninsula only had commercial harvest in 2009 and 2010 of the 2006 through 2011 time-period.
e There has not been a commercial fishery during the 2006 through 2011 time-period.
f The Total Allowable Harvest and 20% exploitation rate for Togiak includes the fixed allocation to the spawn-on-kelp fishery (1,500 tons), the Dutch Harbor food/bait allocation (1,867 tons or 7% of the remaining allowable harvest after S-O-K allocation is accounted for) and the sac roe fishery.
g The Norton Sound gillent fishery only occurred in 2006 and 2010 of the the 2006 through 2011 time-period.
