a Guideline Harvest Level (GHL) - A preseason target catch level determined by the Department of Fish and Game for state managed fisheries.
b The Lower Cook Inlet (Kamishak Bay) exploitation rate is for both the fall Shelikof Strait food and bait fishery and following spring Kamishak Bay sac roe herring fishery.
c Commercial harvest only occurred in 2006 of the 2006 through 2011 time-period.
